Family Classes

We currently host family classes from Super Movers and Clo-ga Yoga.

Super Movers

The sound of children’s laughter is music for the soul. In this fun and engaging class these super moves are created for children to explore, they offer great opportunities for some exercise and stretching, body awareness, confidence building and most importantly FUN!

We use different items to keep the children engaged but the big hit is always the parachute and the musical instruments.

Clo-ga Yoga

In these lovely Baby and Me classes and Toddler Yoga class, you are provided with time and space to really connect with yourself and your child. Exploring different moves, breaths, sensory items and sounds, to bring awareness and mindfulness to you and your child. Relieving stress built up in the body and bringing a sense of calm.

Are you on the lookout for more self-care?

Are you pregnant and are looking for something regular to connect with others. A space to explore this rollercoaster together, and come away feeling awesome?! Then these classes are for you.

Parents, it’s really common to prioritise your children and keep going running on an empty tank. This class is designed to put YOU at the centre, providing some lovely nourishing ‘tools’ such as movement, relaxation, massage and breathing exercises aimed to fill your tank so you can parent with more energy. You don’t need to have any previous yoga experience to join, the class is very inclusive of all bodies.
We also have an open space to chat each week, to share anything that’s been really tough, to provide you with consistent, weekly support.
